How do I enroll in a course?
Enrollment steps, confirmation, and next actions
Enrollment is completed online. Choose your program, submit your contact details, and confirm your seat via the payment link you receive by email.
After successful payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with access instructions, materials list, and your first lesson date/time.
Do I need prior floristry experience?
Beginner-friendly, with optional advanced track
No experience is required for the foundation courses. We start with stem care, wiring, foam-free mechanics, bouquet structure, and pricing basics.
If you already work with flowers, you can choose a faster pace and focus on design critique, portfolio work, and client workflow.
What is your refund & cancellation policy?
Deadlines, transfers, and fairness rules
You can cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the cohort hasn’t started and no downloadable resources have been accessed.
After that window, we offer a one-time transfer to another cohort within 60 days. If a course is canceled by the academy, you can choose a full refund or an alternative start date.
Are classes live, and do you provide recordings?
Attend live or catch up later
Most cohorts include live sessions for demonstrations and critique. If you miss a session, a recording is provided (typically within 24 hours) and remains available for the duration of the course access period.
Live attendance is recommended for feedback, but recordings ensure you can keep pace in any time zone.
What tools or apps do I need?
Simple setup: phone/camera + browser
You only need a modern browser and stable internet. For live sessions, we recommend a laptop plus a phone stand so you can film your hands during practice.
We provide a downloadable materials checklist and optional supplier suggestions once you enroll.
How is pricing structured, and do you offer payment plans?
Transparent pricing and optional installments
Pricing depends on the program length and whether it includes live critique. When available, installment plans split the tuition into equal payments billed monthly.
If you need an invoice for reimbursement, request it during checkout or via the callback form below.
How long are the courses, and what’s the weekly workload?
A realistic rhythm for adults with jobs
Most cohorts run 4–8 weeks. Expect 2–3 hours of lessons per week plus 1–3 hours of hands-on practice (depending on your pace).
We design assignments to fit a real life schedule: short drills + one weekly arrangement, with optional “stretch” challenges.
Do I receive a certificate after completion?
Completion criteria and downloadable PDF
Yes. If you complete the required assignments and submit your final arrangement photos, you’ll receive a named certificate (PDF) and a verification code.
You can add it to your portfolio and professional profiles as “Floristry Academy — Course Completion”.
Are flowers and supplies included?
Flexible sourcing, with budget options
Typically, flowers are not included because availability and seasonality vary by region. We provide weekly shopping lists with “premium” and “budget” substitutions.
If you have a local wholesaler, we’ll help you adapt stem counts to your box size and budget.
How do I contact support, and what’s the response time?
Fast replies during business hours
Use the callback form and we’ll reply by email or phone. Standard response time is within 1 business day; urgent access issues are prioritized.
